Founded by Prof. Dr. Sharjeel Sultan in 2012, Ismat has grown from an outpatient eye clinic into a registered, full-fledged eye and dental hospital in Gulshan-e-Iqbal.

Prof. Dr. Sharjeel Sultan
Professor and Head of Department, Ziauddin University Hospital
Prof. Dr. Sharjeel Sultan is a vitreoretinal surgeon with extensive experience across many of Pakistan's leading hospitals. His work includes complex retinal surgery, phacoemulsification, Femto and Contoura LASIK, glaucoma surgery, clear lens extraction, corneal transplant, squint and pediatric surgery, and ROP screening.
He has attended AAO and APAO conferences, published in national and international journals, and serves as an examiner for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Dr. Shazia Kiran is a dental surgeon with more than 10 years of clinical experience and a master's degree from Dow University.
She established Dental 360 Clinic at Ismat in June 2019 and works with Dr. Omair Majeed, Senior Orthodontist, and Dr. Shoaib Ayub, Maxillofacial Surgeon.

Established in 2014 under Ismat Eye Hospital, SWO helps patients access necessary eye care free of cost or at nominal charges.
Its outreach has included eye camps across Karachi, Interior Sindh, and Balochistan, providing outpatient consultations, cataract surgery, glasses, and medicines to deserving patients.
